Balloon FAQs
Terms of Service
- Pre-payment is required to start balloon production.
- No refunds or changes will be granted once payment is processed and production has started.
- If payment is not received on the due date marked in the invoice, we won't be able to guarantee availability for the date/time of your event. A 10% re-issue fee may apply if we need to send you a new invoice .
- Confetti and tassel colors may slightly vary from posted photos due to availability of materials.
- Once the balloon is delivered at your location we are not responsible if the balloon deflates or pops.
- The bubble balloon material is a very durable plastic. However, they are not pop proof.
- Exposing balloons to extreme heat or sharp objects may cause them to burst.
- All balloon sales are final sale.
- RENTALS TERMS: If a rental item is damaged, you will be notified by ATX Bubbles within seven (7) days of the rental return. Photos of damages can be submitted as proof upon request. If a rental item is damaged you will be charged with the 75% of the retail price of the item. If damaged items are not paid within 7 days, the credit card on file will be charged, unless payment arrangements have been set up with ATX Bubbles.
WARNING:
Kids & adults alike can both enjoy our magical bubble balloons and other products. However, balloons are not toys and pose a choking hazard to children. Children should not be around balloons without adult supervision.
